look chocolate milk has got to be one of your favorite drinks, if not, it has been one of your favorite drinks at least one in your life, and if I'm wrong, you have to AT LEAST try out this chocolate milk recipe. Youll most likely try out this drink, when you're having one of those good blood sugar days.

Ingredients


  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened plain almond milk

  • ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen

  • ½ medium ripe avocado

  • 2 pitted dates







1 STEP ONLY: Place almond milk, oats, peanut butter, cocoa, cinnamon, banana, avocado and dates in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
