ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
¾ cup low-fat milk or unsweetened nondairy milk
¼ cup low-fat plain Greek or regular yogurt
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
to make it youll just need to Place strawberries, milk, yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), if using, and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
