Peanut Butter Yogurt Cup

with only 23 carbs, this delicious snack has to be on my top 3, especially because I'm a big fan of PB!

It's easy, has high-protein, tastes JUST like a Reese’s peanut butter cup. A nd the best part is that it inly requires four-ingredients. LETS BEGIN WITH THE RECIPE !

Ingredients


  • 1 (5.3-oz.) container low-fat vanilla strained (Greek-style) yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

  • Chopped unsalted peanuts for garnish (optional)

  • Flaky sea salt for garnish (optional)






STEP 1 : Mix yogurt and peanut butter together in the yogurt container or a small bowl.


STEP 2 : Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 45 to 60 seconds total). Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly to cover. Garnish with peanuts and/or salt, if desired. Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
